Whatever your aims or budget, we can help you get the best out of your project. Building is expensive but if done properly can add a great deal of value, so it is important to be realistic about the costs involved.

Most construction projects cost between £2000 – £3000 per square metre of floor space created for build costs only with VAT and fees on top of this.

Each project is overseen by a Director and the work is carried out by or under the supervision of a fully qualified and experienced architect. All of our work is covered by both the RIBA and ARB Codes of Conduct and all of our work is covered by insurance for your peace of mind.

There are architectural designers and consultants who are not ARB registered or members of the RIBA, who may not have adequate insurance, who certainly do not have our experience in Planning and Building Regulations and who do not allow for the time to explore different solutions within their fees to achieve the best for their clients. We will charge more than them. 

 

Neither are we egotistical designers creating flashy images and wanting to build buildings more for magazine reviews than our clients wishes or budget.
