Senior Architect

This is a full-time office based role for a Senior Architect or Senior Technician. The job will be in based in Gravesend. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day architectural design and project management, working with the team to ensure successful building outcomes.

We are open to all opportunities; but particularly candidates with good experience within a senior level Architect or Technician role, with job running and management experience or a willingness to take on such responsibilities; and develop these skills to a practice management level.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Architecture
• Very experienced in planning and building control regulations
• Tender packages
• Project Management skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with AutoCAD and other architectural software
• Dip Arch – 5 to 8 years post qualification experience
• Experience working with Local Authorities, housing associations, contractors, businesses, and charities is a plus.
